A Commercial license allows the Client to use the Illustration for merchandising / profitable purposes included in the work outlines discussed with the Artist.

Use of the Illustration for the intended book cover is included in the commission price, for further selling of designs on other products a commercial licensing will need to be acquired at +50-70% of the original commission price. (depending on the intended commercial purpose of the Illustration)

An exclusive licence means that the Artist can’t profit directly off of the commission myself, nor sell a commercial licence to the Illustration to a third party.

This is priced at +100% of the original commission price and already includes a commercial license.
